1. General

The following notes provide an overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. If you use this website, various personal data will be collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified.

3. Data processing on our website

a. Processed Data

The following data is collected from website visitors, which is anonymized directly during collection:

  • Referrer (previously visited website)

  • Requested web page or file

  • Browser type and browser version

  • Operating system used

  • Device type used

  • time of access

  • IP address in anonymous form (only used to determine the location of access)

 

b. Purposes of processing data 

The data is collected out of legitimate interest in order to ensure the security and stability of the offer and to be able to provide website visitors with the highest level of quality.

c. legal basis

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The above purposes also represent our legitimate interests in data processing within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

i.e. Transfer to third parties

The personal data processed on this website will not be passed on to third parties. A transfer to third countries does not take place.

e. Data Erasure and Storage Duration

The data will be anonymized after 7 days and permanently deleted after 8 weeks. Storage beyond this is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated so that it is no longer possible to assign the calling client.
 

The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. B. to be able to clarify cases of abuse. If data has to be kept for reasons of proof, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.  

 

f. No legal or contractual obligation to process data

Although data processing is not required by law or contract, it is necessary in order to make this website available to you in accordance with the purpose stated above.

4.Cookies

a. What are cookies

b. purpose of data processing

The purpose of using cookies is to simplify things  of website usage. For the following functions of the website, recognition of the visitor through the use of cookies is required:

- Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies are used to follow visitors on websites. The intent is to show ads that are relevant and engaging to the individual user and therefore more valuable to publishers and third party advertisers. The ID is used for targeted advertising. The user data collected will not be used to create user profiles. 

Data is sent to the United States.

 

c. Duration of storage, possibility of objection and removal

Cookies are stored on the website user's computer and data is transmitted from there to our system. The WordPress marketing cookie is stored for 6 months. By visiting the website, the user agrees to the cookies used. The user has control over the use of cookies. The transmission of cookies can be deactivated or restricted in the settings of the Internet browser. Saved cookies can be deleted. If cookies are deleted, parts of the website may no longer be fully usable.

 

5. Rights of the data subject

a. Revocation of consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent that you have already given at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing that took place up until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

 

b. Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of data protection law, the person concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is generally the state data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based. c. Information, blocking, deletion, correction, restriction of data processing, right of objection

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data and the restriction of processing as well as a right to object at any time against data processing. 6.  Automated Decision Making

A procedure for automated decision-making is not used.

 

7.Google Maps

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

 

In order to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer. The appropriate level of data protection is guaranteed by the certification of Google LLC under the Privacy Shield Agreement ( https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI ).

Google Maps is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and to make it easier to find the places we have indicated on the website. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of the GDPR. 8. Objection to promotional emails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published as part of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising being sent, such as spam e-mails.

9. Contact Form

To contact me, you can use the contact form provided on my website. A valid e-mail address is required in order to be able to answer your request. If you send us a message via the contact form, we will store the data provided (e.g. your e-mail address, possibly your name and telephone number) so that we can contact you. If storage is no longer necessary, we will delete the collected personal data. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b GDPR, initiation of a contractual relationship.

 

10. Data Protection Officer

We are not obliged to appoint a data protection officer.
